I understand your frustration. However, were you "really" a TSU7000 Beta tester? I was and do continue to support and troubleshoot issues as they come up.

First, let me say that I am in no way attached to Philips but I'm slightly offended with your as I have over 400 hours testing and troubleshooting the 7000 software/firmware over 3 test cycles as well as user issues. Sometimes issues are very difficult to isolate. Maybe I'm a bit edgy but your tagline could be taken by some as a "devaulation" of either mine, Peter Dewildt, LowPro's, or other Beta Testers efforts.
