I have received the same problem -- touchscreen is dead after 2 years of use. I sent a message to Philips through the customer support on their site and there has been no response. I have been a loyal pronto user, but I'm fed up with the poor hardware design and even worse customer support. I just returned from Best Buy with my new Harmony 880 --- farewell Philips, it's been nice....
