Ha! I've had this problem forever...It does suck...If
you manage to get your Pronto working again, rest
assured it will crap out again. It may take a
week or a month, or maybe an hour, but it will
go out again. If I just let my remote sit for
a while, a day or two, it will just start working

downgraded the firmware, everything. I have seen
this on a total of four TSU3000s so far, including
my own. Please, if you have this problem, post
the serial # of your remote, I would be curious
to see if there is any rhyme or reason for the

you are upset, so are we all, but I have noticed
you have a habit of shouting (ie CAPITALIZING)
your frustrations. This is not necessary, and
rubs some people the wrong way...(I have been

I AM SORRY THAT YOU ARE OFFENDED BY MY TYPING EVERYTHING IN CAPS. MY LEFT ARM IS PARALYZED DUE TO CANCER AND IT IS EASIER FOR ME TO TYPE THAT WAY SINCE I CAN'T HOLD THE SHIFT KEY AND TYPE A LETTER.
