With all my years dealing with software and drivers, I've seen many strange things. ;)

I sent an email to pronto support and they are pointing the finger at Intel basically. Not that that is unlikely.

Would you mind testing this out? I'd like to see if I need to take more drastic measures like rebuilding the machine from scratch or asking for a replacement to get this working.

Do you know if the wireless adapter is the same as mine, an Intel(R) PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter?
