I really don't get all of the complaints about the iPronto. I've now had mine for over a month, and have yet to experience any problem. iProntoEdit is simple to use - place graphic, choose IR code from a list or download to remote and teach it the correct code. I spent about a month prior to receiving the remote designing various buttons, and trying out different layouts. I'm not completely satisfied with my design, but that's part of the beauty of the product, allowing me to try out various ideas.

It took me a while to get the web browsing function working, but that was because I had to also set up a proper working network at home first, something that I hadn't really done before. The EPG works as well, but my only complaint would be that not all channels are available.
