DAMN!!

This thing is a piece of S#@T!!

I mean, for so much money I'd expect it to fix my dinner and dance for me after, instead it's a useless piece of junk! Philips dropped the ball BIG TIME on their top-of-the-line remote. Ludicrous!

I wrote them a complaint email last week, and I haven't heard a word yet. How can server problems last for two weeks without a word of warning from them?

Jeff, what firmware version have you got? Is it the same as mine? Are all iProntos white elephants like this or are we just saddled with a bad batch?

I've always avoided Philips products like the plague all my life, for once I bent my rule and this is what I get! I guess I was right to do so - won't be making THAT mistake again any time soon...
