I am new to the world of Pronto having just purchased an iPronto. Very impressed so far and learning fast. Have read most of the forum so far and agree that Philips could go that extra mile to assist their customers.

I am having a problem setting up my EPG even though I have successfully programmed the beast to run very smoothly with all my AV gear and lighting.

The problem is as such:
Have registered iPronto. Have created a subscription but cannot create a line-up. It does't matter if I use the iPronto or a PC it just won't work! It gets to the page of channels you need to check and insert the channel number and then nothing. The page will not update but gives page expired errors. Have experimented and it only seems to be once English channels have been selected.

I rang Philips several weeks ago about this and they confirmed it was an error on the website which would be fixed next day. It still doesn't work.

Without it I cannot use one of the key features advertised for the iPronto.

Any ideas? Does anyone know how long it has been down? Help!
