It wasn't doing any upgrade - just sitting at the blue graphics screen (with Philips/iPronto logos).
Anyway, I tried again today and it has upgraded OK, without further problems (v1.5.10 installed). Don't know why it worked today - maybe there was a problem with the Philips server last night.
The only thing I did differently today was to set Fixed IP (and enter a domain name) - last night I was using DHCP. However, apart from a domain name, all the other ip addresses were identical, so, go figure.
