Your problem may bbe related to the fact that you are running two routers. that in effect makes two networks. I have a similar setup but after the main linksys firewall/router I only use hubs or switches, generally switches. My Linksys WAP is plugged directly into the main Linsys router, but so is a linksys switch plus some hubs further down stream. No problems.
