Thanks guys. The system is running version 1.3.7 - unfortunately, I can't even look for an upgrade until I establish Internet connectivity :-( I just tried typing in the IP address to iProntoEdit (in my case 192.168.1.104), but the PC does not see it. I also switched to the radio button "Fixed IP", which doesn't clear any of the addresses (did you think it was necessary to clear them all and type them in again?), no change. It will not even bring up the html page of the linksys wireless router. It is like nothing works after the DHCP handshake.
