This is a newbie problem, I'm sure. I just set up my new iPronto. It is set to DHCP and is correctly getting an IP address and DNS addresses, but the browser can't see the internet - even giving it a numeric IP address. My Sharp Zaurus with wireless card and the same DHCP/no proxy setting loads web pages just fine. Internet connection is a Covad DSL line. I am sitting right next to the AP, so signal strength is fine. Any suggestion on what to try next?
