The TM13 receives 433.92MHz RF. The iPronto sends IR. It's kinda like male/female communication.

You can probably send IR to the transmitter half of a Powermid pair which will repeat it as 433.92MHz RF. (Some Pronto & RedRat2 users do this.) You will need codes that the TM13 understands. You can get the codes from CodeGen™.
