I work for one of the companies in the UK that sell the iPronto but have been an avid Pronto fan for several years (since they first came out in the US).

I absolutely love my iPronto, if you are used to working on a normal Pronto and maybe - like me - have spent years honing your CCF file to be just what you want then to suddenly have 4 times the screen area to play with gives you the remote control equivalent of agraphobia (sp?) but it is an absolutely cracking remote. The web browser is definitely more suited to intranet use (local Home Automation web pages etc., mine is set up for my HomeVision web page, my SliMP3 web page, my firewall config page and my wireless LAN AP config page) but I have used it for getting out into the big wide world and ordering pizza from dominos, writeable DVDs from bigpockets and even checking our website was still up when someone phoned me to say it was down so it certainly can be used for browsing in general if you need to do so.

Even "change control" (my wife) likes it!

Phil
