Well my "reset reset" post is quite new, I returned the faulty unit only a couple of weeks ago, no firmware fix for that situation. Even if the unit had not been faulty I would have returned it, (but that is based on my own requirements). I have a pronto pro already and I am very happy to stick with that. I am not going to be totally negative however and say that a lot of the short-commings which have been covered at great length here could be sorted out with either firmware or software updates.
