Jackand7: I think you'll get more replies if you start this as another thread, but here is my suggestion for you. It sounds to me like your firmware update didn't complete properly. What you need to do (if I'm right) is reset the iPronto whilst keeping the "Channel +" button pressed. This brings you into the MANUAL CONFIGURATION menu. Then press Volume + to go down in the menu untill you've reached RESTORE. Press the Channel + button to select the menu option which will bring you to the RESTORE menu. In the RESTORE menu, point to the "FLAG FOR UPDATE ON" menu option and select it with the "Channel +" button. The FLAG FOR UPDATE ON has now been set to YES. With the Volume + button point to the DONE and select it with Channel + this brings you back to the previous menu. Now select the RESUME option which will launch a firmware update.
