Hi lscolman3,

did you get an answer from Philips (well, they have outsourced what they call "support" to a dutch company)? If so, then it's a standard mail "we will thank you .... ". The dutch company doesn't have any competencies about iProntos, Prontos or remote controls. It's a sad story about Philips and the word "support".

I am still dreaming that a small company will develop a device like iPronto with 10.000% more features :-) and sell it for the same price. And: Support this device because they believe of what they build!

I think Philips even hate what they produce ... :-)
