Every time when I heard "Philips customer support"
I have to say:
There is Philips.
And there are "customer supports" out there.
But there is NO customer support for Philips remote
products called "Pronto". Never was.
For me one thing is very clear: I will never,
never, never buy ANY product from this company
even when I know, that they might have good support
partners for other products they produce.
