Can someone give me info on were I can send this very expensive paper weight to be repaired in the New York area or contact info on Philips...

I'm now buying a Harmony880 remote. I hope I have better luck with that model. As far as the Ipronto6400 goes; you'll see it on ebay after the repairs are done. What a piece of crap.

This Forums has been great with helping everyone...I am sorry that I now must move on to something that works (I hope)
