I recently purchased an iPronto off eBay. When
I received it and started using it I noticed that
it crashed...alot. I asked the guy that I bought
it from if he ever had problems with it and he
told me that it worked perfect for him. He then
said something that was kind of interesting.
He said that he wanted it to have the current
firmware on it for me so right before he shipped
it to me he updated it to the 1.9.5. edition.
My question is, is it possible to take the remote
back to a early firmware version that is perhaps
more stable. All I want is a good remote. I
understand that it will still require the WIFI
connection but I don't need the EPG or anything.
I could really use some help on this because
the remote is completely unusable at this point.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

I did them same thing. Pronto would not upload. Updated firmware and everything is great.
