Longsoft - You have to remember that a lot of people who post complaints on here are early adopters, I paid £1000 for mine (that $1800). If I'd paid $450 I wouldn't be as bitter towards Philips. Yes it's a great remote control, but alot of people bought their remotes based on what Phiips said it would do in the future as much as it's 'base' functionality. They then release a batch of poor firmeware upgrades and then droppped the product. Keep that in mind when reading historical posts.
