I bought my Ipronto for $450 off of ebay and have been using it for about a month now. It actually is not that bad. I have read through several of posts and understand some of the issues and quirks, but no compnay is going to keep supporting a product that doesn;t sell and is not profitable. I feel for those who dropped $1400 when it first came out and can understnad your frustration. Nothing man made is perfect, but there are not many tablet style remotes out there under $1400. I enjoy the fact that I have a large customizable screen for tons of buttons. I also have a Pronto TSU7000 and was frustrated that I had to make 3 screens to program 1 remote. I also looked at buying a Crestron and AMX remote, but by the time I added all of the necessary accessories, it got rediculous. Enjoy what you have to use and if you hate it, I am interested in a second unit.
