It's only when i use this laptop via wi-fi that
it can't find the ipronto.
Seems obvious that your laptop's or router's wifi settings are incorrect. Call the tech support line for the company that made your wifi router and ask them to walk you through all the settings. I'm sure that your problem will be easily resolved.
