I just bought an ipronto.

I've failed to get anywhere in 6 hours. If I set 'Flag for Update' to 'YES' and resume I then get a message 'Unable to detect the network card'.

If I set 'Flag for Update' to 'NO' and resume I get some music, a message about cleaning the system and then a screen with 'ipronto' and wavy lines around the 'o' which go on for ever.

I can't do anything else!

I'd appreciate any advice - am I missing something or should I assume this is a faulty unit and ask for my money back?
