thanks for your reply. I also used an old icf file with x-10 commands which worked until I started using the surgeprotector. My specific issue was that I could no longer use the extender because the receiving unit which transforms RF back into IR is placed next to the A/V equipment and the IR7243 did no longer work there (on that particular phase). Hence I wanted to use the IRRF 7243 and have the extender's RF signal picked up by the IRRF 7243 and found out that IR commands are different than RF commands to switch s.th on/off or dim/bright. The old icf x-10 commands therefor no longer did the job. Problem is solved now btw because s.o. else send me the Codegen program.
