Thanks. I think the problem is more in J's answer than John's.

The digit's are from Motorola Cable Codeset 0503, and as best I can tell, they don't toggle. I had an epiphany yesterday. I moved the delay to 4.0 seconds, and then would get for channel 133, channel 13 and then change to channel 3. I light went on, and I changed the delay to 0.3 seconds. Counterintuitive for me at least, but all seems to work, save for channels 115 and 116. I still end up at 15 and 16 respectively. Channel 117 is fine, so I'm still confused.

My approach has been to set Watch-Main up with 0503 digits and link to them ala' the way EPG does. In other words:

The editor doesn't seem to let me enter two IR codes directly in the same action, but it looks like I can set up:
