If you can save a lot buying in the US, and the US supplier won't ship overseas, open an account with FedEx. You can then mail the supplier the shipping forms, pre-filled out with charge to your account checked. FedEx will even drop off a shipping container to your supplier at no cost. Then all the supplier has to do is put the battery in the FedEx box, attach your shipping documents and call FedEx to come and pick it up. US suppliers don't like to ship overseas because the paaperwork is such a hassle. If you do all the work, shouldn't be a problem.
