It should be converting to its format. I do not believe all Philips Hex codes are the same. You may have to use IR Tool to get it right. IR Tool was in the Pronto NG section if I remember correctly. Have you tried to learn the code in darker area or using different distances. Sometimes it can be picky in trying to learn and just takes a while.
