but in your proxy watching - anything of interest about the guide data ? Living in a region that is not supported, I'd love to play with an ipronto and its epg stuff, but dont know how hard it would be to hack / fool it...

I can easily get an Australian xmltv file, host or manipulate it on my local PC's, use a proxy to do any redirects etc... but I am sure it aint going to be as easy to just use an xmltv file format...
