I know that I am showing my computer illiteracy, but I just bought my Neo (for $175!), and would like to begin customizing it; ie, new layouts, etc. However, my computer is a Macintosh. Please, somebody tell me that I'm not a lost cause. Also, any sights giving info or reviews of this unit, which I already love, would be appreciated.
