Did you find any information about a Hex conversion utility of any type for the Neo. I am having the same problems, but with a Panasonic TV. One thing you may want to try is to use the default ncf and load the Kenwood default codes then start pushing buttons and see what happens. I had to do that last night with my HarmanKardon receiver and the Tape button would switch the receiver to Video1, CD = DVD and so on. I then chose the correct IR Code for the button, tiresome but it worked.
