I have seen so many negative things on customizing the neo.Will it hurt my unit where I can't use it again. I don't want to have to get another one if this hurts the unit.

I would like to creat channel logos but I have no clue how to use the soft where. I did however downloaded the current firmware and neoedit software.

I just don't know how to do any customizing can anyone here help please. Or is there a web site that I can go to and learn how.
