You can also try the Files section here are RemoteCentral. I have a STR-D965 (older unit) and I was able to use the default codes (codeset 1085) from the NEO database for most of the functions, including the TV, VCR, CD and Tuner inputs.
Then, I used the "mjt Tuner Sony STR-DE925 v2.ncf" from the Files section. I copied the learned code for the DVD and Video 2 inputs in that ncf to mine with NeoHacker.
It worked very well.
