I searched for rc3200 faq and it came up blank.

I read through the forums and many said that they had problems with/after the update. I think I will leave it as is. ;^)
It does not take 4 pushes of the buttons
to do anything on the Neo. The Neo is a very
good remote, it just takes some time to learn.
If it is like the 3200 then please tell me how to avoid the folling:
For example, when I want to watch DSS I must:
1. Press HOME
2. Select AMP
3. Press page to select page 2 (input source)
4. Select DSS for input
5. Press home to get DSS page
If you know of an easier way to select input source then PLEASE tell me!
