First you need to read the FAQ section here concerning your 3200. I am not familiar with the 3200, but if it is like the 500 it does not ship with the latest version of firmware and software. You can get those right here on this site or on the phillips site. Once you get the latest version of software on your puter start getting used to it. It does not take 4 pushes of the buttons to do anything on the Neo. The Neo is a very good remote, it just takes some time to learn. Good luck Butch
