really depends on what you plan to use it for and your needs.
I love my Neo, as the hardbuttons were a must, and have all the devices I need learned. Some were hard, but that is something you should search up on before you by the Neo. Also, if your a MAc user, not to many have had luck with the software.
I like the look of the 3000 coming out, as though the Neo was just a "Test" so they could release this better remote, one that will import other pronto configs and learn code the way a remote should!
But hey, what is the price of that know 3000??
I'm sure it is more then the cost of my A/V receiver:)
