I also have this problem with the RP91. Apparently the RP91 stop code is incompatible with the Neo (too lengthy, I believe), and thus unlearnable. Check the files on this forum for the Neo, I believe someone has figured a workaround and posted the codes. I haven't had a chance to try the workaround yet.
