Just got my ProntoNeo about 3 days ago and I can not get it to accept my Sony Receiver STR DE425 (remote RM-U302). I am 2 buttons away from being completly done with my programming! I have a "Video" button and a "TV" button which allows me to switch my audio when I am watching either DVD/VCR or TV. I am going to have to take it back if I can't figure it out and I REALLY don't want to cuz this thing rocks! Any and ALL help would be GREAT....
