Just a thought... I found som discrete codes for my yamaha reciver on ther homepage. It looked lite a very small hex string but it was not.

How it work't was that i used my org. remote with a little display to navigate thru these "hex" strings until i found a match. Then i pressed send and learned my neo that way.

What I am saying is maybe youre hex code is not a hex codes! and... maybe it is i dont know.
