cipher has a USB-UIRT on his PC that allowed him to capture the codes from the Samsung remote. However, the format he was able to capture is not the format that the Neo uses. Therefore, he had to download a "program" to convert the hex format codes to neo format codes. This is a Microsoft Excel file that has been setup to make the conversions for you. Since you probably don't have a USB-UIRT device, you will have to ask cipher to post the converted codes for you. Then, you will need to use the neohacker program to input them into your NCF.
