Unfortunately, the Neo is not RF-capable. You have to go to a Pronto Pro to get RF in the Philips line.
Home Theater Master has several excellent remotes that include RF, such as the MX-700 and -800.
I've also heard of RF add-on kits that replace one AA battery, but I'm not sure how well they work, and they also place you in a nonstandard battery situation.
