I think the Neo is fantastic. You can do almost the same things as on a "real" Pronto, albeit it takes a bit more work (using NeoHacker etc). I have had mine for three years and it has worked perfectly. You can pick one up on ebay for next to nothing, so it has to be the best bargain around. I also have a RU950 and RU970, but like the form factor of the Neo the best. Much easier to navigate with one hand.
