I've had mine since around 2002 also. It has taken sooo many falls, and keeps on going. Sometimes the connection from the screen to the pcb gets loose, but it's easy to open her up and reseat the connection. Also, the calibration of the touchscreen is WAY off. If you calibrate it properly (touch right on the cross where it tells you to), the screen actually presses about 5mm to the right of where you press it. I have to press the equivalent distance to the right while calibrating to fix it.

My wife bought this for me for my birthday, only cost about £100 from richer sounds. It's the best present she ever bought me. The thing I love about it (over all these harmony-esque remotes) is the complete control. I can have it set up any which way I want, without it telling me how I should be controlling my equipment.
