Keep trying... It sometimes takes awhile to reset.
Also, have you tried the reset using the paperclip that is done under the battery cover? Also, try to Download another .ncf file

I just had this happen to me for the first time today, and I just did a combiantion of things, really can't say which of them worked.. Also, are you using the newer Firmware and Software?
