Will work for the H23.

You will need to run the HEX codes thru the Hex to Neo Excel spreadsheet tool you can find in the Neo files section. Then the Neo codes can be inserted into your .ncf using NeoHack.

Tip: You have to have a button defined and have a learned code assigned to it, then in NeoHack you just past over the learned code.

Good luck ... took me 2 nights to stumble on this one after getting my DirecTV receiver upgraded to the new model.
