Ok.
Go to My Activities, Add a New Activity. Select Record Television.
Go through the setup for this activity. It should ask what channel line-up to use - your previously selected from another activity or perhaps a new line-up with ALL channels if you prefer. Should be pretty self-explanatory, but post a question if something is not obvious.
