Is there anyplace other than the Harmony website with instructions and sample code for custom xml?

The Harmony site is very difficult to navigate through.
They _might_ have what I need and I just haven't found it yet :)

A comprehensive xml manual is needed with a table of contents and lots of sample code, including details on how you make backups and where new code can/should/must be inserted.
