I have sent my letter to Stephen Carter and I have had a reply tody.
Stephen has passed the letter to a Customer Liaison Manager who promises that the issue will be investigated and resolved in 20 days.
I was expecting the letter to get passed down, but now hopefully sorting the problem out has been instructed from the top so we will see what happens.
I will keep you posted with any progress . . . . C
