Don't waste your time, in my experience of NTL they will tell you to go screw yourself. I spent a good 20 minutes trying to explain to NTL csutomer services what a pronto was and they still had no idea. They just kept harping on saying they supplied a free digital remote control that was perfectly acceptable.

In the end I told them that I was cancelling my analogue subscription and not moving to digital plus, instead it will be ITV-digital or SKY.

They are a bunch of losers, but Cobbled and Worthless were the same and so were Nynex before that.
