You need to figure out how to do this with the OEM remote first, then translate that to the Harmony activities. Sounds like there is interaction between the zone 1 and zone 2 commands that have to be accounted for. The 3 scenarios you need to figure out are: zone 1 only, zone 2 only and zone 1 and 2 together - and how to switch back and forth.
