I checked under my "Adjust Power Settings" tab,
and all I found were these options:

[]I want to leave this device on all the time
[]I want to turn off this device when it's not
in use
[]There are no power buttons on my current remote
for my Sony PlayStation 2 Game Console (With DVD).

Answer "I want to turn off this device when it's not in use". On the following screen, I told it "A button on the remote for On, and a different button for Off". On the screen following that, there is an option that reads "Use these infrared commands:" and a drop down menu that includes Power On and Power Off commands as options. I couldn't test them out for you, because mine is an early model PS2 that is not capable of having its power turned on and off by remote.

I did, however find a "Power On" and "Power Off"
option under "Learn IR commands", but they weren't
learned. What type of PS2 do you have? Mine
is registered as a "Sony PlayStation 2 Game Console
(With DVD)"

That is how mine is listed. If the commands are listed, that means that they are on Harmony's database, so you might not have to learn them. However, sometimes things are listed in the database but don't actually work. Can you see the commands on one of the LCD device mode screens for your PS2? If so, you can test them directly.
